Lack of Dreams.

Late at night.
is something proven, it doesn't suprise me that it isn't the lack of sleep but of something else.
because the littlest things irritate you.
like the rustle of the wind.
that you once thought beautiful, is not.
like the pitter patter of feet.
which you once believed adorable, is not.
like the volume of the TV.
with which you brought higher, is not.
like the peace of the silence.
marveled at once before, is not.

i suppose... that's what makes us irritable.
it isn't puberty, or parents, or homework, or stress.
its the lack of dreams you get a night. to expand your imagination.
