If you find someone good enough.
Just because a person changes doesn't necessarily mean they've stopped being your friend. If they were there for the long run then why should they stop for the short one. Just today,
I realized my friend from the old days has changed her ways and I don't support the person she's become. But, she supported me when I changed. Then, I realized that I desperatley wanted to call her, to talk to her, to comfort her, to maybe be a friend again. And then, she refused. I guess my time with her was up. But in the long run, i'm glad it happened.
